Abstract In this article we highlighted the current state of criminal procedural control, its types and key issues. We found that you need to change the paradigm of departmental and non-departmental electronic criminal procedural control. We propose instead to detect and eliminate abuse we need to build an electronic program that is not allow their commission. We also described the key ideas of reforming the electronic segment of judicial system according to which we propose to create electronic judicial control. According to the study, we developed an algorithm which operate automated criminal procedural control.
